Its said that by not giving out drivers for win 7, you are basically forcing people to run win8 in order for this laptop to work 100 % properly. The6235 wifi & bluetooth is recognized under Windows 8 RC & Vista and openSUSE 12.2 Linux 64-bit. As I don't have Windows 7, I couldn't test that. Vista isn't officially supported by Intel on this card (no specific Vista drivers except for Bluetooth), but the 15.1.1 drivers for XP allow the WiFi to work albeit w/o any Intel software.
